About Mayors Commission Hope Center Campaign Homeless to Hope Fund Donate Donate to H2H Fund Campaign Donation Campaign Pledge News Select Page The Homeless to Hope Fund was created to provide help and hope to individuals experiencing homelessness in the Lowcountry. In 2021, the goal was broadened to launch the Hope Center Campaign to build a permanent resource center with access to resources for those experiencing homelessness and those who are at risk of becoming homeless. The Mayors’ Commission on Homelessness and Affordable Housing is proud to present plans for the Hope Center where our struggling neighbors will be able to secure the services they need at a single, convenient, permanent location——critical at this time in our region’s history.
